Our storage runs on a vault system: your things are loaded into wooden storage vaults at our warehouse, padded and inventoried, then sealed. Nothing sits loose on an open floor, and because the space is climate-controlled, Northeast Ohio’s damp summers and freezing winters stay out of your furniture, electronics, and wood pieces.
Most of our storage clients fall into one of three spots: a closing-day gap, a between-homes stretch, or a staging move where the house has to look empty for showings. We handle all three the same careful way.
What storage costs
Pricing is per vault, per month, with no long lockup contract.

Stored goods are inventoried and covered up to $1,000,000 cargo coverage per shipment, with $0.60/lb released-value standard and full-value protection available.
What storage does not include
So the monthly rate stays simple, a few things are quoted separately:
- The move into and out of storage — that is regular CLC Services move labor, billed with your local or long-distance job.
- Self-access drop-ins; this is full-service vault storage handled by our crew, not a self-storage unit you visit daily.
- Specialty crating for a piano or safe, from $329.

Because we store your things ourselves, there is no extra company in the middle. The crew that loads your home in West Akron is the crew that vaults it, and when your new place is ready, we deliver it back. Fewer handoffs means we can tell you exactly what went in and exactly what comes out.
