What to have ready
You don’t need anything to get started, but a few details help us put a tight number in writing faster.
Before you call, jot down:
Your moving date (or a rough window), both addresses with ZIP codes, your home size — studio, one-bedroom, three-bedroom house — and anything heavy or awkward like a piano, a gun safe, or a treadmill. Mention stairs, narrow West Akron staircases, or an elevator, and tell us whether you’d like us to pack.
From there, Greg can give a flat written estimate, often over the phone, or come walk the home for bigger jobs. A $99 deposit locks your date and comes off the final total. No deposit changes hands until you’ve seen the price in writing.
